Only trust the account details provided via support tickets on our official platform.

Each time you want to deposit, submit a new support ticket.
We regularly update our account details to prevent fraud. Never reuse old payment info.

After depositing, return to your selected plan and upload your payment receipt/slip through the system for verification.

🎫 How Our Support Ticket System Works
- You’ll usually get a reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
- No reply yet? Reopen or create a new ticket, select the Complaint department, and include the old ticket number and issue details.
- Still no resolution? Submit a new ticket directly to “UMAR RAZA URDC”, include both previous ticket numbers — your issue will be handled immediately.
